We invest alongside you.

Linebreak co-invests alongside portfolio companies and their financial sponsors. We contribute engineering effort, strategic expertise, and ecosystem access in exchange for equity, minimizing upfront cash burn. Venture IP is assigned to the portfolio company, and we hold a minority position with aligned exit terms.
